this is a great dinner. the whole family loved it, and i added corn to even it out a little. it makes just enough for the 5 of us
I altered the recipe slightly. Used regular onions that were cooked with the potatoes (didn't have green onions). Added peas for a more complete meal. Sized it down for 2 people. Very good and easy
