My husband, daughter & I love this for a
comfort food side with pork chops. I make the cream cheese sauce as the directions say but omit the green pepper (not a fan of them with potatoes) and only make a pound and a half of potatoes, we like to have the extra sauce. A very yummy alternative; turns out tasting like a baked potato.
