New York Steakhouse Ribs

Do baby back ribs the way BBQ pros do. First a rub, then a slow cook with a couple brushings of a tantalizing, tangy sauce.

What You Need

lb. pork baby back ribs

Tbsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard

1/3

cup packed brown sugar

Tbsp. each paprika and garlic powder

tsp. each onion powder and black pepper

1/2

tsp. ground cumin

1/2

cup A.1. STEAKHOUSE Marinade New York Steakhouse

Make It

HEAT grill to medium heat.

PLACE half the ribs in single layer in center of each of 2 large sheets of heavy-duty foil. Spread mustard onto both sides of ribs. Mix sugar and seasonings; rub onto both sides of ribs. Bring up sides of each foil sheet. Double fold top and ends to seal packet, leaving room for heat circulation inside. (You will have 2 packets.)

GRILL on covered grill 45 min. to 1 hour or until ribs are done. Remove ribs from foil; discard foil.

RETURN ribs to grill; brush with 1/4 cup marinade. Grill 15 min., turning and brushing occasionally with remaining marinade.

Serving Suggestion

For added color and texture, serve with a mixed green salad tossed with your favorite KRAFT Dressing.

Aromatic Wood Chips

For enhanced smoke flavor, use aromatic wood chips -- hickory, mesquite or others soaked in water. Add to the grill right before the food goes on the grill for best results.

My entire family loved it. I made the recipe as is, but I applied the mustard and rub a few hours before grilling.

WOW!!! We made these last night. They were so good. I loved them just as much if not better than our local BBQ restaraunts. Will be making again for sure. My 8 year old son who doesn't hardly eat meat had 4 ribs. Thanks for this wonderful recipe.

These were soooo very good - we had never made ribs before and were a little hesitant, but with this recipe they were foolproof and so tasty!

My husband and I love this recipe!!! It was very delicious! We love the flavor of the marinade. I wouldn't change a thing with the receipe. We will be making it again this weekend!
