Ratings & Reviews

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Delicious & easy. I saw this recipe and had to try it. We eat a sugar limited diet (very little real sugar and no artificial sweetener) which makes finding a dessert food difficult. This recipe called for 1/4 cup of sugar, which is reasonable. Instead of chocolate chip cookies, we crushed chocolate graham crackers and added a little melted butter to make the crust. We followed the instructions, except put it into regular muffin pans. We only needed to increase baking time to 16 minutes. Results: yummy bite of cheesecake that was easy and simple to make and tastes good. I will be making this again.
