I really enjoyed this recipe.. made it a little different but was really good!
This recipe was ok but nothing to shout about. With the meat being marinated and adding marinade to the vegetables, it really has a peppery taste. I think I'll use less marinade next time. Also, after I topped my steak with the sauteed vegetables & marinade, to give it a little sweet & tangy flavor, I topped it with regular A1 steak sauce.
