i am a special ed teacher and i made this with my class. they are 3-5 graders and the loved this activity. they even liked the fig newtons. fun!

What You Need

wooden pop sticks

FIG NEWTONS Fruit Chewy Cookies

JET-PUFFED Miniature Marshmallows

ring-shaped chewy fruit snacks

Assorted Halloween decorating gels, sprinkles and candies

Make It

INSERT 1 pop stick into each cookie.

DECORATE cookies with remaining ingredients to resemble monster faces. Let stand until set.

INSERT pops into a floral foam block placed inside a Halloween container and use as a centerpiece, if desired.

Getting ready to make these with my daughter for her Kindergarten class tomorrow for snack time. I will just make cute jack o lantern faces but I would love to hear what others did on these other then what we see in the pic. I think Frankenstein faces would be fun to do but for us I'd rather keep it more creative and fall then Halloween. Love to hear more details from others!

My son's birthday is shortly before halloween and he loves monsters! I'll have to try this for his birthday. I'm sure he'll love it.
