What You Need

cups  finely chopped cooked turkey

slices  OSCAR MAYER Center Cut Bacon, crisply cooked, crumbled

 RITZ Crackers, crushed (about 1/4 cup)

 eggs, lightly beaten
1
Tbsp.  Worcestershire sauce
Dash  of pepper

Tbsp.  oil

 KRAFT Singles
4
 hamburger buns, partially split
4
 lettuce leaves

 CLAUSSEN Kosher Dill Burger Slices

Make It

MIX turkey, bacon, cracker crumbs, eggs, Worcestershire sauce and pepper until well blended. Shape into four patties.

HEAT oil in large skillet on medium heat 1 min. Add patties; cover. Cook 3 to 4 min. on each side or until cooked through (160ºF), topping each patty with a Singles for the last minute of the cooking time.

FILL buns with lettuce, burgers and pickles.

Serve with assorted cut-up vegetables and a small piece of fruit.
Substitute
Substitute 1/4 cup OSCAR MAYER Real Bacon Recipe Pieces for the cooked and crumbled bacon slices.
Make it Easy
This is a great use for leftover cooked turkey. Use a food processor to easily chop the cooked turkey and make the cracker crumbs. If doing ahead of time, cover and refrigerate or freeze the turkey until ready to use. Store the crushed crackers in airtight container at room temperature.
