  • Mix turkey, bacon, cracker crumbs, eggs, Worcestershire sauce and pepper until well blended. Shape into four patties.
  • Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat 1 min. Add patties; cover. Cook 3 to 4 min. on each side or until cooked through (160ºF), topping each patty with a Singles for the last minute of the cooking time.
  • Fill buns with lettuce, burgers and pickles.

Make it Easy

This is a great use for leftover cooked turkey. Use a food processor to easily chop the cooked turkey and make the cracker crumbs. If doing ahead of time, cover and refrigerate or freeze the turkey until ready to use. Store the crushed crackers in airtight container at room temperature.
