Didn't taste too bad iI would never make again. The Carmel seemed firm but seemed to slide off the cookies and stick to the other cookies. Can't stack, can't put them in a container to travel, as movement makes the topping move more. It really was a disaster. Had to make something else to replace these. Cute idea but not worth the trouble. I threw this recipe in the trash.
