I think I left this in the freezer too long, because it was rock hard when I took it out. I had to soften it for about 10 seconds in the microwave in order to eat it.
I would recommend making these no more than an hour or so before you plan to eat them. They're tasty, quick to whip up, and are very refreshing on a warm day.
