No-Bake Chocolate Cheesecake

Easy and great! Made it for Mother's day and everyone loved it. It is very light and refreshing. Does not have a heavy creamcheese taste which is great.

What You Need

pkg.  (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
1/3
cup  sugar
1
tub  (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Season’s Delight Creamy Chocolate Whipped Topping, thawed
1
 OREO Pie Crust (6 oz.)
1
oz.  BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate

Make It

BEAT cream cheese and sugar in large bowl with whisk until well blended. Stir in COOL WHIP. Spoon into crust.

MICROWAVE chocolate square on HIGH 10 sec. Pull vegetable peeler over chocolate square to make curls; arrange on pie.

REFRIGERATE 3 hours.

Fluffy Cheesecake Squares
Omit pie crust. Crush 12 OREO Cookies. Mix with 2 Tbsp. sugar and 3 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine; press onto bottom of 9-inch square pan. Top with cream cheese mixture and chocolate curls. Refrigerate as directed before cutting into squares to serve. Makes 9 servings.
