  • Beat cream cheese and sugar in large bowl with whisk until well blended. Stir in COOL WHIP. Spoon into crust.
  • Microwave chocolate square on HIGH 10 sec. Pull vegetable peeler over chocolate square to make curls; arrange on pie.
  • Refrigerate 3 hours.

Fluffy Cheesecake Squares

Omit pie crust. Crush 12 OREO Cookies. Mix with 2 Tbsp. sugar and 3 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine; press onto bottom of 9-inch square pan. Top with cream cheese mixture and chocolate curls. Refrigerate as directed before cutting into squares to serve. Makes 9 servings.

    Easy and great! Made it for Mother's day and everyone loved it. It is very light and refreshing. Does not have a heavy creamcheese taste which is great.
