  • Combine oats, sugar and cocoa powder in large bowl. Add butter and vanilla; beat with mixer until blended. Gradually beat in milk. Stir in chocolate and nuts.
  • Spoon into 40 mounds, 2 inches apart, on waxed paper-covered baking sheets, using about 1 tsp. oat mixture for each mound. Flatten slightly with back of spoon.
  • Refrigerate 10 min. or until firm.
