Made it in a pie pan with premade shortbread crust.Used vanilla pudding with spices added to the pumpkin mix. Then found I had an instant pudding box of Pumpkin spice pudding.Topped it off with cool whip and put pecan halves on the outer edge and one in the middle.Made it a half hour before my coffee friends showed up.It was a very delicious big hit.Yum.

Pretty good, but then, I LOVE anything pumpkin! I used the pumpkin pudding mix. I would always suggest using the pumpkin pudding mix (for example on the 3-layer pumpkin dessert). It really ups the pumpkin flavor.
