  • Beat cream cheese in medium bowl with mixer until creamy. Gradually add milk, mixing well after each addition.
  • Add dry pudding mix; beat 2 min.
  • Place raspberries in 10 small dessert glasses; top with cream cheese mixture and chocolate curls.

Special Equipment Needed

Prepare using thawed frozen raspberries.

How to Make Chocolate Curls

Warm chocolate slightly by heating it in the microwave for a few seconds until you can just smudge the chocolate with your thumb. Hold the chocolate steadily between your thumb and fingers of one hand and draw a vegetable peeler slowly over flat bottom of chocolate piece. Allow a thin layer of chocolate to curl as it is peeled off the bottom. This will make long delicate curls. To make short curls, use the same technique on the narrow sides of the chocolate piece. To arrange curls on a dessert, use a toothpick to lift them into place.

Prepare using JELL-O SIMPLY GOOD Vanilla Bean Flavor Pudding.

Ratings & Reviews

Rated 4 out of 5 by from No Bake Raspberry Cheesecake Cups Made this recipe for Valentine's Day dinner. It looked really easy and elegant. Only problem I had was that I have to use Sugar Free pudding, and my store did not have Jello brand in Sugar Free. Therefore, I had to buy another brand (short on time) and was really confused about the "size" listed in the recipe (3.4 oz). The one I bought was much less in weight, making me think I would have to use two boxes in order to be close to the same size. Needless to say, the pudding was way too thick and was not very attractive or tasty. I am wondering if you ever considered listing an item as either a "large" or "small" size in the recipe? That would really help when in doubt. Thank you.
