Tbsp. flour

cup milk

3/4

cup KRAFT Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese

Tbsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard

slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, cooked and crumbled

eggs, separated

Make It

PREHEAT oven to 350°F. Melt butter in medium saucepan on medium heat; stir in flour. Cook 1 min. Gradually add milk, stirring until well blended. Cook and stir until mixture comes to boil. Remove from heat. Add cheese, stirring until melted. Stir in mustard and bacon. Cool slightly. Stir in egg yolks, 1 at a time.

BEAT egg whites with electric mixer on medium speed until stiff but not dry, about 5 min. Gently fold into yolk mixture. Pour into 12 lightly greased nonstick muffin cups.

BAKE 25 min. or until puffed and set.

Prepare as directed, using KRAFT Mexican Style Shredded Cheese.

Make-Ahead

Prepare Step 1 the day before serving. Cover and refrigerate. When ready to serve, continue with steps 2 and 3 as directed.

I added garlic and onions to this recipe and my son eat 5 of them in one morning. I will be trying with different cheese and veggies, but think this is a great base recipe.

This was a tremendous disappointment. I have exactly 11 sitting in my kitchen. I NEVER follow directions, I had not made a souffle before, so I followed the directions exactly. My sweet husband, who has never pushed anything away, tried it and his face fell. It tasted horrible. Bland, boring and very unflavorful. Why no spices in the recipie? Really awful. Really embarressed that I could not serve these impressive sounding bites at my dinner party tonight. What a waste. Everyone took a little piece of my husbands and concured. NOT GOOD.

I was disappointed in these as well. I read the other reviews, so I decided to use 6 slices of bacon instead of 4. I also used medium cheddar as opposed to mild. I also added some dried minced onion to add flavor. They were still relatively bland. I brought them to a work meeting and only 4 of the 12 were eaten. I won't be making them again

i made these for a GNO party i held at my house. i was not real pleased with them. first of all they took almost 50 minutes to bake and the magazine said they should take 25 minutes. second off all, they didnt taste all that great. i probably will not be making this recipe again. everything else i served at the party(all from various kraft magazines or the board here) were a big hit.

This was one of many items we had for Mother's Day brunch. We all decided that these would be excellent to take and eat and the go. Tastes so light and fluffy.

I love these. I didn't have bacon so I used ham. My family didn't care for them though.

This recipe was incredilbly BLAND! It needs a lot more cheese and bacon... also, way less mustard. My poor husband could barely eat it!
