No Fuss Smashed Potatoes recipe

It was easy to make and tasted great. I replace the parsley with cilantro, and 1 tsp. minced garlic instead of 5 cloves, and I added 1 tbsp. of margarine.

What You Need

lb.  red potatoes (about 5), unpeeled, cut into chunks
5
cloves  garlic
1/3
cup  MIRACLE WHIP Dressing
1/4
cup  KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
1
tsp.  chopped fresh parsley

Make It

ADD potatoes and garlic to large saucepan boiling water; cook 20 min. or until tender. Drain; return to saucepan.

MASH potatoes and garlic with dressing and cheese until light and fluffy.

SPRINKLE with parsley.

Tip
Leftovers reheat very well in the microwave.
Cooking Know-How
For softer textured potatoes, add 1/4 cup milk before mashing.
