It was easy to make and tasted great. I replace the parsley with cilantro, and 1 tsp. minced garlic instead of 5 cloves, and I added 1 tbsp. of margarine.
It was okay. A little bit too much garlic, I would cut down the cloves to 2 or 3. Mainly, though, I think my mashed potatoes rock. I use sour cream. It's not that the miracle whip tasted bad. I also added butter, milk, and salt
