All I noticed was the Miracle Whip. I also added a little salt, as they seemed bland. I will make this again, but maybe trying mayonnaise instead. I do have to say they were easier than typical mashed potatoes you have to whip with a mixer.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from These potatoes were sooo yummy! These potatoes were sooo yummy! Nice variation, without having to use milk and butter. I used brown potatoes because I didn't have the red. Instead of the miracle whip dressing, I used a combination of mayo (isn't it the same thing?) and dijon soy mayo and some various spices. The dijon really helped boost the flavor.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This was so easy. This was so easy. I cooked it while on vacation and everyone loved it, even the kids. My friend can cook great and her kids said it tasted better than hers. I'll take that compliment. I used Light Mayo and a little bit of butter. Will cook this alot. Easier than regular mash potatoes.!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My whole family loved this recipe! My whole family loved this recipe! My 4 year old is normally a slow eater and he was the first finished and asking for seconds. I thought they had just the right amount of flavor and were nice and moist as well. We liked them so well my husband said to make them for Thanksgiving! Yum!

Overall these potatoes were fine I just didn't like the flavor of the garlic and the salad dressing together. I think I'm just an old fashioned milk and butter mashed potatoes kind of gal. I will make these again with the skins but substitute the rest with what I'm used to.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I love these potatoes! I love these potatoes! I made them for Thanksgiving, and everyone else loved them too. They are so easy, and they saved a lot of time. Less cleanup too, since you dont have to peel the potatoes. I like to add the milk, and use a little less cheese.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from It was okay. It was okay. A little bit too much garlic, I would cut down the cloves to 2 or 3. Mainly, though, I think my mashed potatoes rock. I use sour cream. It's not that the miracle whip tasted bad. I also added butter, milk, and salt
