No-Fuss Tex-Mex Roll-Ups

Very bland. Not sure why it called for Italian dressing that just made the tortillas soggy. The corn tortillas also didn't stay rolled up. Was disappointed since we both like Mexican food.

MY family LOVED these! Even my sometimes picky 5 year old! I used a bit more beef than called for but they were tasty, filling, and fairly inexpensive to make. Definitely making these again :)

Takes a lot of dishes to make, but tastes good. My kids even ate this dish and they are picky eaters.

So easy and so good after tweeking it! Read all the reviews and made changes. Use red or green peppers and also add a chopped onion. Use 3-4 Tbsp of Taco Seasoning instead of chili powder (will need a little water added when using the taco seasoning.) Use hot pepper sauce (not tobasco) to give it kick. I used a good 15-20 drops and it didn't overpower it. Use ranch dressing instead of the sour cream and double the cheese. If your hesitant about the italian dressing, try just half. We really liked it, gave it a nice flavor, but I only used half and next time I'll use full flavor.

This was really bland and my family didn't like it. I would say if you do make this use some taco seasoning or add some ground red pepper in the meat when you add chili powder.

Super yummy! The Italian dressing gave the dish some extra zip. I do agree with others that you need to add extra seasoning to the meat filling. Will definitely make these again though!

I've been making this recipe regularly for over a year now. Every time I make it my family loves it! The only change I made to it was to substitute 2 tbsp taco seasoning for the chili powder. Gives it great flavor. It's in my regular rotation of meals.

This was really good. I made the recipe as written, with the lighter suggestions. Very good flavor-never would have thought of putting Italian dressing on tacos, but I like it. This calls for 2 tacos per serving, but everyone in my family was full with one taco, so there were a lot left over. Served with a lettuce salad on the side.

This recipe is brilliant! I drizzle extra Italian dressing. My favorite dinner I've found on Kraft so far.
