Since this indulgent flan makes 12 servings, it's the perfect dessert to serve at your next party.
Place flan, uncovered, in larger pan. Add enough water to larger pan to come halfway up side of small pan. Bake in 350ºF oven 1 hour or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool flan completely on wire rack. Refrigerate 4 hours. Loosen flan from side of pan; unmold onto plate just before serving.
To soften any remaining caramel in pan, dip bottom of pan in hot water; spoon caramel over flan.
Run knife around edge of flan. Invert pan onto plate; shake slightly to loosen flan from pan. Gently twist to remove pan.
