Enjoy a serving of this Noodle Kugel with a serving of cooked lean meat, fish or poultry and a crisp, mixed green salad tossed with your favorite KRAFT Light Dressing.
Cover and refrigerate any leftovers.
Prepare as directed, stirring in any one of the following with the noodles: 2 large apples, peeled, chopped; 1 cup raisins; 1 can (8 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained; or 1/2 cup dried cranberries.

I love this noodle kugel. I used golden raisins instead of cherries.
I added with the cherries, dried blueberries. Also, I made sure I used small curd cottage cheese. I servered this well chiled with a dolop of cool whip. My family couldn't stop eating it.
I used golden raisins instead of the cherries, added apples, and did the crunch topping. i also used ff/low fat ingredients and it still came out sooo delicious! just like grandma used to make!
