  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Mix all ingredients except noodles and cinnamon sugar until well blended. Stir in noodles.
  • Spoon into 13x9-inch baking dish; sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
  • Bake 50 min. to 1 hour or until center is set. Cool at least 10 min. before cutting to serve.

Enjoy a serving of this Noodle Kugel with a serving of cooked fish and a crisp, mixed green salad tossed with your favorite dressing.

Special Extra

Stir in 1 cup raisins, 1/2 cup dried cherries or 2 large apples, peeled and chopped, with the noodles.

    This was so good and very easy to make. I liked it warm rather than cold so, I simply warm a piece in the microwave. I made this plain but think raisins would be a great addition. Sweet but not to sweet.

    I have made it several times and it is always a hit! I leave out all the fruit and nuts (due to likes of who I'm making it for) and it is still delicious!
