    This was pretty bland.

    Makes a good side dish. I would not serve it alone as a meal. Must add salt and pepper to give it the punch it needs.

    This turned out very creamy, kids really enjoyed it. Great comfort food. Goes great as a side, not overpowering whatever you side it with.
