    Easy and fast!! I'm a vegetarian but my son is not and he usually won't eat the nuggets but like this he couldn't tell the difference and he loved it. It would make a great lunch, snack or perfect "kid" dinner. I thought they were great too! This is definetly a keeper.

    Use marinara sauce instead of spaghetti sauce for an even richer itallian taste. :)
