  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Beat butter and sugar in large bowl with mixer until light and fluffy. Add flour; mix well. Press onto bottom of 15x10x1-inch pan. Bake 15 min.
  • Meanwhile, cook caramels and water in saucepan on low heat 5 to 7 min. or until caramels are completely melted, stirring constantly. Gradually add to eggs in medium bowl, stirring constantly with whisk until well blended. Stir in nuts; pour over crust. Sprinkle with marshmallows and chocolate morsels.
  • Bake 8 to 10 min. or until marshmallows are lightly browned. Cool completely before cutting into bars.

Use Your Microwave

To melt the caramels in the microwave, place caramels in medium microwaveable bowl. Add 2 Tbsp. water. Microwave on HIGH 2-1/2 to 3-1/2 min. or until caramels are completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring after each minute.

Storage Know-How

Store in airtight container at room temperature.

Special Extra

For easy cleanup, line baking pan with foil using this easy method.  Turn pan upside down and fit a piece of foil over top of pan, smoothing corners as needed.  Remove foil.  When you turn the pan over, the foil fits perfectly inside the pan.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from This worked out beautifully. This worked out beautifully. I definatly recommend using the size of the pan that is suggested. I used a smaller one and the crust was too thick. If you have to use a smaller pan, either make two, or decrease the amount of crust. Brought it to the dorm, was gone in about 15 minutes!!

It was very sofft which was disappointing to all who tried it.. However we did not try it til the next day after making it. Maybe that was the problem,I don't know why the crust was so soft.
