  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Beat 1/2 cup butter and 1/4 cup sugar in medium bowl with mixer until light and fluffy. Add flour; beat until blended. Press onto bottom of 9-inch square pan.
  • Bake 18 to 20 min. or until edges are lightly browned. Meanwhile, cook remaining butter, sugar and cream in saucepan on low heat until butter is melted and mixture is well blended, stirring frequently. Stir in nuts.
  • Sprinkle coconut and chocolate evenly over crust; cover with nut mixture. Bake 20 to 25 min. or until golden brown. Cool completely before cutting into squares.
