Nutty French Toast

 eggs

cup  fat-free milk
1
tsp.  vanilla

slices  whole grain bread
1/2
cup  PLANTERS Daybreak Blend Berry Almond Trail Mix

Tbsp.  lite maple-flavored or pancake syrup
1
cup  sliced fresh strawberries

Make It

PREHEAT oven to 350°F. Beat eggs, milk and vanilla in shallow bowl with wire whisk until well blended.

DIP bread in egg mixture, turning to evenly coat both sides of each slice. Place in foil-lined 15x10x1-inch baking pan sprayed with cooking spray. Sprinkle evenly with trail mix; press trail mix gently into bread to secure.

BAKE 15 to 20 min. or until lightly browned. Serve topped with the syrup and strawberries.
