  • Mix oats, peanuts, wheat germ and orange zest in large bowl. Drizzle with honey and juice concentrate, tossing to coat well.
  • Spread mixture in lightly greased 15x10x1-inch baking pan. Bake at 350°F for 20 to 25 minutes or until lightly browned, stirring every 5 minutes.
  • Stir in cinnamon and raisins. Cool completely. Store in airtight container at room temperature for up to one week. Serve over yogurt, frozen yogurt, fruit or with milk.
