  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Line 15x10x1-inch pan with foil; spray with cooking spray. Whisk milk, egg product, vanilla and cinnamon in shallow dish until blended.
  • Dip bread slices, 1 at a time, into milk mixture, turning to evenly coat both sides of each bread slice. Place in single layer in prepared pan; sprinkle with nuts.
  • Bake 20 to 25 min. or until golden brown. Serve with fruit and yogurt.

Make Ahead

Freeze cooked slices of French toast by placing in single layer in freezer-weight resealable plastic bags. When ready to serve, toast each slice on low setting in toaster.
