Nutty Sweet Potato Wedges

Sweet potatoes get a dip in a mixture of dry roasted peanuts, pepper and egg white. Voilá! 35 minutes later, you're enjoying nutty sweet potato wedges!

What You Need

1/4
cup  PLANTERS Dry Roasted Peanuts, chopped
1/8
tsp.  black pepper
1
 egg white
1
 sweet potato (8 oz.), cut into 8 wedges

Make It

HEAT oven to 350°F.

MIX nuts and pepper on plate. Beat egg white lightly in shallow dish.

DIP potato wedges into egg white, then into peanut mixture, turning to evenly coat all sides. Place in single layer on foil-lined baking sheet.

BAKE 30 to 35 min. or until potatoes are tender.

Substitute
Prepare as directed using a baking potato.
Variation
Prepare as directed, substituting 1/3 cup KRAFT Lite House Italian Dressing for the beaten egg white.
Variation
Omit black pepper. Prepare as directed, coating potato wedges with combined 2 Tbsp. sugar and 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon instead.
