  • Microwave milk in medium microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1-1/2 to 2 min. or until bubbling; stir in oats and sugar. Let stand 10 min.
  • Meanwhile, mix flour, baking powder and cinnamon in small bowl.
  • Beat eggs, oil and vanilla in separate small bowl with whisk until blended. Add to oat mixture; mix well. Stir in flour mixture and nuts.
  • Ladle batter onto hot griddle or into hot skillet sprayed with cooking spray, using 1/2 cup batter for each pancake. Cook until bubble form on tops, then turn over to brown other sides.
