No need to peel hard-cooked eggs for these easy egg salad and ham sandwiches! They're made with scrambled eggs that cook in the microwave.

What You Need

Tbsp.  KRAFT Mayo with Olive Oil Reduced Fat Mayonnaise
Tbsp.  CLAUSSEN Sweet Pickle Relish
slices  whole wheat bread, toasted
slices  OSCAR MAYER Deli Fresh Smoked Ham
slices  tomato

Make It

MIX mayo and relish.

BEAT eggs in small microwavable bowl; cover with waxed paper. Microwave on HIGH 45 sec.; stir. Microwave, covered, an additional 30 sec.; stir. Let stand, covered, 1 min. or until eggs are set and no visible liquid remains. Stir in mayo mixture.

TOP 2 toast slices with ham, egg mixture and tomatoes. Cover with remaining toast slices.

Special Extra
For added flavor and crunch, add your favorite sandwich fixings, such as lettuce and bell pepper rings, to each sandwich.
Substitute chopped CLAUSSEN Kosher Dill Pickles for the pickle relish.
Make Ahead
To serve as a cold egg salad filling, prepare egg mixture in advance. Refrigerate up to 3 hours. When ready to serve, use to prepare sandwiches as directed.
