Oktoberfest Bier & Cheese Fondue

You don't need to check the calendar to make this hoppy Oktoberfest fondue. Just people who enjoy beer, melty Swiss cheese and fondue fun.

What You Need

1
can  (12 oz.) beer
2
pkg.  (8 oz. each) KRAFT Shredded Swiss Cheese
2
Tbsp.  cornstarch
1
Tbsp.  chopped fresh chives

Make It

BRING beer to boil in large saucepan. Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients.

ADD cheese mixture gradually to beer, cooking and stirring after each addition until cheese is completely melted and mixture is well blended.

BRING just to boil, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; pour into fondue pot to serve.

If fondue becomes too thick, stir in a small amount of additional beer.
Serving Suggestion
Serve with assorted dippers, such as cubed crusty bread, pretzels, broccoli florets, bell pepper strips, and/or apple slices.
