Use purchased tapenade—or make your own—to create this Mediterranean-style Olive and Mozzarella Grilled Cheese sandwich.

1 Grilled Cheese Sandwich

What You Need

 Grilled Cheese Sandwich

Tbsp.  butter
2
slices  marble rye bread
2
Tbsp.  black olive tapenade (store bought or homemade)
1/2
cup  KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese with a TOUCH OF PHILADELPHIA
 Black Olive Tapenade
1/2
cup  chopped black olives
1 1/2
teaspoons  of minced garlic
1/2
 tablespoon sea salt
1/4
cup  of extra virgin olive oil
 (Mix all ingredients to create the tapenade)

Make It

MIX Black Olive Tapenade ingredients together. Assemble the Olive and Mozzarella Grilled Cheese by putting the 2 Tbsp. black olive tapenade onto one piece of bread. (You can save the remaining unused Tapenade in the fridge). On top of the tapenade you want to put the 1/2 cup of KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese with a TOUCH OF PHILADELPHIA. Other slice of marble rye bread goes on top of the cheese.

HEAT up pan on stove. Place 1/2 Tbsp. of butter to melt on pan.

PLACE sandwich onto butter and let cook over medium heat for 3-4 minutes.

TAKE sandwich out of pan once it's golden on the side that's cooking. Melt the other 1/2 Tbsp. and flip sandwich over to cook on the other side.

ANOTHER 3-4 minutes on medium heat. Remove from pan.

CUT and Enjoy!
