  • Beat eggs and mustard in small bowl with whisk until blended. Melt margarine in small nonstick skillet on medium heat.
  • Add egg mixture; cook 2 to 3 min. or until set, lifting edge with spatula and tilting skillet to allow uncooked portion to flow underneath. When set, fold omelet in half.
