What You Need

1/2
cup baby spinach leaves
1/2
cup cholesterol-free egg product
Dash black pepper
1
 multi-grain English muffin, split, toasted
1
 KRAFT 2% Milk Singles

Make It

COOK spinach in nonstick skillet on medium heat 1 min. or until spinach starts to wilt.

ADD egg product and pepper; cook and stir 1 to 2 min. or until soft set.

FILL muffin halves with egg mixture and 2% Milk Singles.
