Made these for St. Patrick's Day today. They were pretty good. I used Penzy's Savory Herbs seasoning (2 teaspoons) rather than fresh herbs. I used the stated amount of cheddar, but might at more next time. Everyone enjoyed them, though hubby mentioned they are nothing like Red Lobster's cheddar biscuits (duh...). I would make them again, sans the parsley for every day biscuits.
