I am sick of cream of mushroom or velveeta based tuna noodle casseroles, so this was a nice change. I used what I had on hand, so I used a full cup of frozen corn for the add-in, and cheddar cheese instead of monterey, with extra cheese on top instead of nuts. I used curry, which I love, and wasn't sure if it would be the best combo of flavors. It's not something I would have ever thought to put together, tuna & curry, but the whole family loved it. No leftovers. Awesome!
