Rated 5 out of 5 by from Had this last evening. Had this last evening. When I was preparing it, for some reason I didn't think it would be any good. Boy, was I WRONG!! It is devine! My husband and son raved about it for hours. On my son's second plate, he said add more peppers..with tears running down his face, he said "boy is this good". We really enjoyed it, and I think next time I will try it with some beef, should be just as good. Everyone should give this a try!!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from This was a good basic chicken stroganoff recipe, but we were not fans of the chipotle taste. This was a good basic chicken stroganoff recipe, but we were not fans of the chipotle taste. I used half the recommended amount, and it was still weird. I will make this again, but leave out the chipotle and add more chicken stock for a more traditional stroganoff.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The family loved it. The family loved it. I did use fresh mushrooms, substituted fresh chipotle with Mrs. Dash Southwest Chipotle, & lightly sprinkled Parmesan over each serving for a little extra kick. I will use this recipe again. Green salad goes GREAT with this dish.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very good but the onions disappeared. Very good but the onions disappeared. I think we chopped them too fine. Not too spicy but can be kicked up by adding some Chipotle Tobasco sauce on your plate. The sauce gets thicker if you let it sit a few minutes before serving.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This was excellent. This was excellent. Simple and tasty. I took the advice of a previous reviewer and used Mrs Dash Chipotle Blend instead of the peppers because I also needed to feed a 2 year old! This was a hit and will definitely be made again.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from This was a very easy recipe. This was a very easy recipe. The only thing that I left out was the chili's as I am currently pregnant and can't handle the hot, but when I am done I will make again with the chili. This was good as leftovers also.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I cooked this recipe exactly as is, and I loved it. I cooked this recipe exactly as is, and I loved it. Super easy to make, creamy, a little spicy...delicious. Next time, I may add a little more of the chipotles in adobo to spice it up even more.

Very good, creamy but not too much; did need a little extra black pepper for a little extra kick, but the chipotles were a really neat touch and my first attempt at using them. Yum!
