  • Brown meat with garlic in large skillet; drain. Return to skillet.
  • Add tomatoes with their liquid, broth and water; mix well. Bring to boil. Add pasta and zucchini; mix well. Cover; simmer on medium-low heat 15 min. or until pasta is tender.
  • Stir in tomato paste and Italian seasoning until blended; top with cheese.

Substitute

    Made this tonight for my family. They all said it was very good and a repeater. Doubled everything except the meat. Yum yum! My 22 year old said he was tempted to take some home with him. :P)

    I love cooking one pan pasta dishes...very little clean up. This was a bit bland so I added some seasonings to add some flavor, it was really good and my family of six loved it, they completely devoured it.
