I love cooking one pan pasta dishes...very little clean up. This was a bit bland so I added some seasonings to add some flavor, it was really good and my family of six loved it, they completely devoured it.
Easy to make though I did use 1 pound of farfalle, 1/2 tsp of Italian seasoning, 1 tsp dried Oregano, 1/2 tsp fresh ground pepper and omitted the Cheddar cheese, used Kraft grated Parmesan cheese instead. Husband and daughter loved it. Will definitely make this again though I am using Italian sausage instead of ground beef and adding Bell peppers, yellow squash and chopped sweet onion.
