Take 4 cups frozen seasoned potatoes, 1/2 cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing, 1 pkt. SHAKE 'N BAKE Coating Mix (any flavor) and 1 cup KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese and mix & match your recipe from these options...

4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (4 oz. each) 2 cups each sliced carrots and celery pizza sauce
1 lb. boneless skinless turkey breast, cut into 4 equal portions 4 cups chopped bell peppers TACO BELL® Thick & Chunky Salsa
4 boneless pork chops (4 oz. each) 2 cups each shredded red cabbage and chopped onions KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce
4 boneless veal chops (4 oz. each) 2 cups each zucchini slices and chopped onions spaghetti sauce

Then follow our 3 simple steps:

PREHEAT oven to 400°F. Place vegetables and potatoes in 13x9-inch baking dish. Drizzle with dressing.

COAT meat with coating mix; place over vegetable mixture.

BAKE 40 to 45 minutes or until the meat is cooked through. Top each piece of meat with 1/4 cup each sauce and cheese. Continue baking 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
