Take 2 cups each water and uncooked instant white rice, 1 pkg. (1-1/4-oz.) TACO BELL® Taco Seasoning Mix and 1 cup each KRAFT Shredded Mexican Style Cheese, tortilla chips and shredded iceberg lettuce and mix & match your recipe from these options...

ground meat options topping choices garnish possibilities
chicken chopped tomatoes, chopped green peppers TACO BELL® Thick & Chunky Salsa
beef chopped green peppers, drained canned corn BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
pork chopped tomato, chopped onion TACO BELL® Thick & Chunky Salsa
frozen LOUIS RICH Ground Turkey, thawed chopped tomato, green onion slices guacamole

Then follow our 3 simple steps:

COOK 1 lb. ground meat in large skillet on medium-high heat until cooked through, stirring occasionally. Drain, if necessary.

ADD water, rice and taco seasoning mix; mix well. Bring to boil.

REMOVE from heat. Stir in cheese; cover. Let stand 5 min. Spoon onto serving platter. Top with tortilla chips, lettuce, 1/2 cup of each topping and 1/2 cup garnish.
