  • Add water, rice and taco seasoning mix; mix well. Bring to boil.
  • Remove from heat. Stir in cheese; cover. Let stand 5 min. Spoon onto serving platter. Top with tortilla chips, lettuce, 1/2 cup of each topping and 1/2 cup garnish.
