Easy dish that is extremely tasty. I have made this several times. I made the veg/eggplant version.
This recipe was great!! I modified it a little though...I used chicken with summer squash and carrots. Here's what I did: I breaded chicken with just egg and crumbs, put in baking pan and drizzled italian dressing over, then sliced 1 summer squash and laid it over the chicken and drizzled dressing over, then sliced 5 or 6 carrots in diagonal slices and sprinkled them over the top and drizzled more dressing over them, finally I sprinkled cheese over the top. I baked in the oven for 30 mins then added more dressing and cheese and cooked for another 5 mins,I didn't use any pasta/pizza/BBQ sauce. Both my hubby and I were amazed by how good it was!
