What You Need

egg white, lightly beaten

1/4

cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

tsp. garlic salt, divided

1-1/4

lb. Yukon gold or russet potatoes (about 4), cut into thin wedges

pork tenderloin (1 lb.)

Tbsp. KRAFT Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing

Tbsp. honey

Make It

HEAT oven to 425ºF.

MIX egg white, cheese and 3/4 tsp. garlic salt in large bowl. Add potatoes; toss to coat. Spread onto large greased baking sheet.

BAKE 15 min. Add meat to baking sheet with potatoes; sprinkle with remaining garlic salt. Bake 20 min.

MIX dressing and honey; brush onto meat. Bake 10 to 15 min. or until meat is done (160ºF) and potatoes are tender, brushing meat occasionally with any remaining dressing mixture.

I tweeked it a bit. Did not use eggwhite. Marinated sliced pork loin as potatoes baked for 15 minutes. Added half cup of water to potatoes and pork and covered for 30 mins. Added frozen carrots at last 30 mins. Turned out great!

Only made the potatoes as I wanted to try another meat recipe. Am usually so happy with Kraft recipes, but this was horrible; dry, hard... did anyone try these before submitting this recipe? Maybe dipping in egg first might work, but I mixed the ingredients together and ended up with paste to "toss" the potatoes in. What a waste!

I made this with a touch of Dijon mustard mixed with the dressing. It is cooking now so I will comment on it more when we are done eating.....

Berto really liked the "fries" that was part of the meal. Wants me to make it again.

Simple and easy! I baked the potatoes a little longer to get really crunchy. Family loved it!

My family really loved this one. We didn't do the potatoes only the pork, I let it marinate a few hours prior in 1/2 the sauce. It turn out very juicy and was great as leftovers. Big hit will make again.
