I made a few small changes, used one pound turkey instead of hamburger. I added a can of rinsed, black bleans, a can of mexicorn (undrained) and a can of rotel lime/cilantro tomatoes (undrained) which gave it an extra kick of flavor. Did not have lettuce in house, but i would have done a salad on the side. Can see where this would be a great base for stuffed green peppers, tacos, buritos, nachos, etc. Quick and easy, will make this again.
