  • Coat turkey with coating mix as directed on package. Place in foil-lined 13x9-inch pan.
  • Add vegetables; drizzle with dressing.
  • Bake 30 min. Top each turkey cutlet with 1 Tbsp. salsa and 1/4 cup cheese. Bake 5 min. or until turkey is done (165°F) and cheese is melted. Sprinkle with cilantro before serving.
