Rated 4 out of 5 by from After reading the reviews I decided to make this recipe with a twist. After reading the reviews I decided to make this recipe with a twist. Instead of using 1/4 c dressing I used 1 c of Roasted Red Pepper and Parmesean Italian Dressing (I think that is the name of the dressing). I also added italian herb seasoning and season salt to the beef as it cooked. I was thinking about putting in diced tomatoes but I didn't have any without spices. I am sure they would go well with this dish. It turned out really well. I think this is a good dish if you like to experiment with food. Even my picky boyfriend thought it was good!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from My guys loved this & they are hard to please. My guys loved this & they are hard to please. I read the comments before fixing & added 1/2 c. of Fat Free Zesty Italian dressing instead of 1/4 c. Then I added Mrs. Dash Italian seasoning. I aslo put in a chopped red pepper. Plus I used brown rice instead of white, which I always think adds a little more flavor. We will have this frequently at our house.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Doctor it up and it's a great dish. Doctor it up and it's a great dish. I seasoned the meat with lemon pepper and garlic salt, put in 1/2 cup italian dressing, added a small can of tomato sauce, and lots of cheese (probably close to 1 cup or more). My fiance and I love it. He was kind of skeptical at first, but it totally won him over. He already even recommended it to a friend!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I liked it! I liked it! I made it with regular (vs minute) rice and threw it all in the crock pot. I added red pepper flakes, garlic powder, and salt and pepper to add a bit more flavor. Really good! To serve it I put it on top of rice noodles then topped with cheese and called it "Bird Nests" the kids ate it right up!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I found that this was a little bland as well. I found that this was a little bland as well. I stirred in 1 can of cream of mushroom soup and a few shakes of Mrs. Dash Table Blend for flavor. It added a wonderful flavor and made the rice creamier. You can probably add the cream of mushroom in when you boil the water, ground beef and salad dressing also.
