Rated 1 out of 5 by from This is the first recipe I've made from Kraft that the whole family didn't like. This is the first recipe I've made from Kraft that the whole family didn't like. The egg noodles came out horrible, sticky and just plain nasty tasting. Also, the beef was rather chewy. I almost threw the whole pot away but my kids graciously each had a bowl, even though they didn't like it. I checked and double checked the recipe because I thought I must have done something wrong, but I didn't miss anything.

I was also looking for a recipe that would be just as good re-heated. This is one of those recipes. Mother's appetite is such that she will only eat a few bites at a time. This one is different. She will eat it two to three times a week.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This was delicious and so easy. This was delicious and so easy. I did not have fresh mushrooms but used a can or stems and pieces no problem. I also added 1/4C of red wine just before the sour cream. to make it lower in fat and calories I also used the noodles without yolks and low fat low sodium broth. REALLY GOOD and filling.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Recipe was delicious. Recipe was delicious. Will make again, however, I plan to make a few modifications. I thought the dijon mustard made it a little too tangy. I will try using 1 tbs instead of 2. Prep time took alot longer than 10 minutes. Cook time was alot shorter than 50 minutes. Family loved it!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from This was rather good. This was rather good. My family liked it. I added 2 cups of sour cream to this though. And I think next time I will add only 1 tbsp of mustard, to cut down on the smell and taste of it. Other than that this was a nice low fat meal. I will make this again!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from The ingredients are very easy to come by and most are already in my cupboard. The ingredients are very easy to come by and most are already in my cupboard. The sole ingredient in the recipe I would leave out would be the green pepper. Otherwise, it appears to be a very good recipe and I happen to like Beef Stroganof.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from This was really easy to make. This was really easy to make. It was pretty good, it had a very strong paprika taste, so I'm going to try it with less next time. Also, I left out the onions and green peppers because I have a very finaky eater at my house, and they approved!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from To me, it tasted much better the second day as leftovers. To me, it tasted much better the second day as leftovers. The good news is, my five year old ate it, which makes me feel good, as it had mushrooms and green peppers in it, so it is 'expanding' his picky tastebuds without him knowing it!
