HEAT oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook 5 min. on each side or until lightly browned on both sides.
ADD 1-3/4 cups water and the Rotini Pasta. Bring to boil; cover. Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer 4 min. Add contents of the Broccoli Pouch and the broccoli florets; cover. Continue cooking 5 min. or until pasta and broccoli are tender and most of the liquid is absorbed.
STIR in Cheese Sauce until well blended.
