  • Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook 5 min. on each side or until lightly browned on both sides.
  • Add water and the Pasta. Bring to boil; cover. Simmer on medium-low heat 4 min. Add broccoli; cover. Cook 6 min. or until pasta and broccoli are tender and most of liquid is absorbed.
  • Stir in contents of pouch and Cheese Sauce until blended.

Substitute

Substitute 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen broccoli florets for the fresh broccoli.

Instead of leaving the chicken breast whole I cut them into large chunks and added garlic to the pan while they cooked. It gave it a little extra flavor. The only complaint is that I do not think there were enough noodles.

The recipe was good, but would be too bland for my family, so I seasoned the chicken breast with Mrs. Dash (tomato, basil garlic) before saute (olive oil) I also substituted rotini for Kraft Mac & Cheese and topped with shredded chedder cheese.
