  • Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken and peppers; cover. Cook 4 to 5 min. on each side or until chicken is done (165°F), stirring peppers occasionally. Remove chicken from skillet; cover to keep warm.
  • Add pasta sauce and water to skillet; stir. Bring to boil.
  • Stir in rice; top with chicken. Sprinkle with cheeses; cover. Cook on low heat 5 min. or until mozzarella cheese is melted.


Omit oil. Substitute 2 pkg. (6 oz. each) OSCAR MAYER Deli Fresh Grilled Chicken Breast Strips for the cooked fresh chicken. Heat the chicken strips along with the pasta sauce.

    Chicken was a little dry - not sure my family liked the rice and spaghetti sauce combo!

    I've made this recipe several times and loved it. The only thing I do differently is cut up the chicken into bite-size pieces and just leave them in the pan for the entire cooking time.
