What You Need

Tbsp.  oil

small  boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb.)
1
large  green pepper, chopped
1
jar  (14 oz.) spaghetti sauce (about 1-1/2 cups)
1
cup  water
2
cups  instant white rice, uncooked
1
cup  KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1/4
cup  KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

Make It

HEAT oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken and peppers; cover. Cook 4 to 5 min. on each side or until chicken is done (165°F), stirring peppers occasionally. Remove chicken from skillet; cover to keep warm.

ADD spaghetti sauce and water to skillet; stir. Bring to boil.

STIR in rice; top with chicken. Sprinkle with cheeses; cover. Cook on low heat 5 min. or until mozzarella cheese is melted.

Substitute
Omit oil. Substitute 2 pkg. (6 oz. each) OSCAR MAYER Deli Fresh Grilled Chicken Breast Strips for the cooked fresh chicken. Heat the chicken strips along with the spaghetti sauce.
