  • Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken and peppers; cover. Cook 4 to 5 min. on each side or until chicken is done (165°F), stirring peppers occasionally. Remove chicken from skillet; cover to keep warm.
  • Add pasta sauce and water to skillet; stir. Bring to boil.
  • Stir in rice; top with chicken. Sprinkle with cheeses; cover. Cook on low heat 5 min. or until mozzarella cheese is melted.

Substitute

Omit oil. Substitute 2 pkg. (6 oz. each) OSCAR MAYER Deli Fresh Grilled Chicken Breast Strips for the cooked fresh chicken. Heat the chicken strips along with the pasta sauce.

The only thing I do differently is I cut up the chicken into bite size portions before I cook it so that it is easier to eat and enjoy the flavors all at once.

In my opinion, and my families (including my husband who usually eats anything) it was horrible. No one ate it. The sauce in the rice was not a good idea and the overall meal was easy to make but I will never make it again.
