  • Cook chops in hot oil in large nonstick skillet on medium heat for 4 minutes on each side or until browned on both sides. Sprinkle with salt. Remove chops from skillet; keep warm.
  • Add water, mustard, thyme and pepper to skillet; mix well. Stir in rice. Bring to boil. Add beans and pears; stir gently. Top with chops; cover. Reduce heat to medium-low.
  • Simmer 5 minutes. Remove from heat; stir gently. Let stand, covered, 5 minutes.
