  • Cook and stir onions in hot oil in large heavy skillet on medium heat 3 to 5 min. or until tender; remove from heat. Place 2% Milk Singles onto centers of tortillas; top with asparagus and onions. Fold tortillas in half.
  • Spray same skillet with cooking spray; heat on medium heat. Add quesadillas, in batches; cook 2 to 3 min. on each side or until crisp and lightly browned on both sides.
  • Cut quesadillas into thirds. Serve with salsa.
